About Faces-and-Fortunes-partytips.com Dear Party Planner, My name is Ellen Zucker. In 1995, I began to offer my services as a caricature artist to people hosting parties and special events in Philadelphia and surounding areas. Over the years, the scope of my services grew and I attended many hundreds of parties and special events of all kinds. Although many clients are highly experienced events industry professionals, many had little or no background planning an event. And some were overwhelmed by the range of services and products available. Planning a party does not have to be difficult. In fact, it should be fun.
