For Newbies... we all start at the beginning

Okay, Sun sign Astrology is as basic as it gets.

But then, most of us start out in Astrology by knowing nothing more than our "sign."

Even the professionals began at the begining. There are many sun sign books out there, But most professionals found their way to Astrology through this simple book.

So if you're looking for a sun sign book, this is the one I recommend.

It is an enjoyable read and treats its subject well.

Astrology is much more than the 12 Sun signs. And to step beyond it, I highly recommend these two classics.
Grant Lewi takes us to the next step and even shows us how to create our own horoscope without a computer.
Although written over 50 years ago, they are have been updated, are easy to read and still relevant.
These books are written for lay people, but sophisticated enough to be useful to astrology professionals.

This witty, irreverent book is EASY to read and comprehend. Although written for the lay person, it is quite comprehensive.
I know one astrologer who uses it as anintroductory text for her students.
It covers signs, planets, chart interpretation and timing techniques.

This was the text book used for my first Astrology class.
It is a serious introduction to Astrology that links humanistic astrology and psychology.
Even now, I find it highly useful.

Astrology Books for Intermediates

Excellent primer on business and vocational astrology.

Handy tools including a useful questionaire for clients are included as part of the book. This one book will allow you to learn when to sell a property, open a business or evaluate the current cycle in an existing business.

Written in an easy to understand style, the author covers stock markets, industry cycles and basic astrological business precepts.

A must have.
